Access to our Customer Site is only possible if you / your company is already a client with BCD Travel. This is due to the fact that our Customer Site is adjusted specially to each client and is based on:

A “Company Profile” - includes information about the company (account number, department codes, phone numbers etc.).

A “Personal Profile” - includes travel relevant information about each traveller (the personal profile is linked to the company profile).
The above information is necessary when using our online flight, car and hotel reservation system.
